Well… the property has been on the market for a few weeks, and only a few buyers have ventured out there with their Realtor to visit. I had to find a way to bring the Realtors to the house, so they could tell their buyers, and eventually show it to their buyers. With the help of my favorite Title Insurance Company, we are organizing a class in the house, a class that would fill a need for the Realtors. “MLX changes Q&A” will help them in learning the new MLX program that all Realtors must use. And we will have some finger food and drinks. So far several Realtors are registered, more will come…

I will tell you next week how it turned out. Hopefully, one of the Realtors will fall in love with the property and will sell it to a happy client.
